If there’s one time of year when it’s acceptable to sport a flavour-saver, it’s Movember. This year, memelabs is proud to announce its partnership with the organizing body behind Movember, in a joint effort to raise funds for men’s health issues by launching a Mo inspired video contest.
Just what is Movember? It’s an annual, month-long event centered around the growing of moustaches, to raise awareness and funds for male health concerns such as prostate and testicular cancers. Started by a group of young men in Australia in 1999, Movember has quickly snowballed into a worldwide moustache phenomenon.
We want to see your mo-inspired videos. Here are some ideas to get those cameras rolling:
- Lets see a time lapse of that Mo Growth. With some slick stop-start animation set to music, and your video is sure to be a cult classic.
- Tell us why you are participating, or about your past involvement and how amazing it was.
- We want to hear from you, Mo Sistas! What makes that upper lip coat so attractive? Moustache with Panache? Fan of the Tom or the Hogan? Handle bars or Fu Manchu? Tell us your secret loves and moustache escapades!
- Want to challenge someone that you know to a grow-off? A company within your industry or perhaps a moustache rival within your own furry family tree? A challenge video may be more your suit! Challange!!
Register, upload your video between October 30th and December 1st and get all of your peeps to vote and support your efforts. Good luck, Bro’s and Sistas!
